Jessica Rosera I just want to say that Yoga Burn is amazing. I had my baby 6 months ago and had a c-section. When I went to my 8 week checkup my doctor told me not to try running for a long time, but didn’t tell me when I could try. Before I was pregnant I ran al least 4 days a week. I did some research and was recommended to wait 6 months after the c-section to run. I didn’t know what I was going to do with myself. I gained 60 pounds while I was pregnant even with continuing to exercise and eat healthy. After my babe was I born I still had 30 pounds to lose. Right about the time my 12 weeks maternity leave was up and I was returning to work I stumbled on Yoga Burn.
Being an busy working mom with two young kids, I thought I would give this a try. I didn’t want those 30 pounds sticking around. Plus, I liked how I could slowly build my strength up given how messed up my core was. 3 months later and I technically only have 7 pounds to go. However, over the past week I have so many people tell me I look great and I feel fantastic . I have just started the final month and will be sad when I am completely finished.
